Conversion Optimization Leader

We are looking for an experienced Conversion Optimization Specialist who can develop and execute a conversion optimization strategy for the sports and gaming industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

​

• Manage your own P&L with your own media budget.

• Increase the conversion rates by optimizing UX at each step of our conversion funnel with the end goal of maximizing revenue from visitors

• Execute data-driven decisions and use your creativity to improve and optimize our conversion rates constantly

• Work closely with all company functions including Monetization, Studio, BI and Product

 

REQUIREMENTS

​

• Proven record of gaming media buying in high scale

• Demonstrable track record of leading conversion strategy

• Strong analytical skills (Must be able to synthesize information from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions.)

• Passion for data and continuous improvement

• Prior experience of creating conversion funnels for A-Z

• Prior experience with media buying in high volumes
